Wings in one hand, a slice in the other. We do both, and we refuse to pick a favorite.

Our Story
Cluck & Dough started with a borrowed fryer, a secondhand pizza stone, and one conviction: Korea’s best late-night flavors belong on the same table.
Chef Dorothy Kang grew up between her grandmother’s chicken-and-hof in Seoul and a pizza counter in Koreatown. So we double-fry every wing, stretch every crust by hand, and glaze both with the same fermented, sesame-slicked Korean soul. Cluck for the crunch, dough for the pull.

Priya S.
